I think I’m finally going to do this in 2010 after procrastinating for the past several years. I’m not really comfortable with how quickly 2009 has flown so I’m hoping that this will make me take my time, look around, and appreciate each day as it happens. If it made me like my time in DC, then maybe it’ll make me like 2010, too.

The thing that’s always worried me about starting on a project like this is that I’ll end up with varying shots of my cubicle five days out of seven. And I guess if that’s the case, then I’ll take it as a cue to do something more interesting every day.

I even got a fancy new camera, which is actually significantly less fancy than my other camera but way more portable. That way I’ll always have it on hand.
