17/365. Holiday! I didn’t have any real plans for…

Not to call you out but…You didn’t use the day off to take down your Christmas tree? heh

That Christmas tree has actually been up since January 2008! Haha. Morgan and our friend Marion and I have always celebrated “Christymas” around January 25th every year because during college, we were all out of town for Christmas and January 22nd is my birthday. So Christymas is a combined celebration of both. Anyway, the Christmas tree is actually a Christymas tree, and we left it up all through the winter in 2008 because it cheered the room up. Then it somehow stayed up all summer, and then it was almost Christmas again… now it’s become sort of a fixture. There’s also a sombrero on top which was the Cinco de Mayo 2008 addition. We’ll be finally taking it down whenever we’re able to move, which is hopefully within the next month or two.

So there you have it. The legend of Christymas.
