8/365. For some reason, despite the last post, I went to the First Saturday Art Crawl tonight in search of the grilled cheese truck. Because the wait is notoriously long and it doesn’t hang out in West Nashville much, this is the first time I’ve been able to go. Anyway, I stood around for about 45 minutes helping hold a parking space for them outside of one of the galleries and then waiting for them to get set up once they got there. When they finally opened up, I ordered the Melt of the Moment, which was turkey and brie with cranberry and sage chutney on rosemary and olive oil bread. And yes, it really was as amazing as it sounds.
And then my bones froze and I crumbled into a pile of ice on the sidewalk just outside of the Arcade.

About

Sometimes I write things on Nashvillest.com and other times I work a real job that involves lots of airports, hotels, spreadsheets and the occasional pantsuit. Avid roadtripper, lover of redbud trees and firm believer in taking the scenic route. These are a few of my favorite things.

Ask me anything.
