Human Moments.

Stopped at a red light on 12th Avenue tonight, I saw a mean-looking guy standing at a bus stop and we had a moment: I turned to look at him at the precise moment that his already-sagging pants fell down around his ankles, revealing some colorful boxers and two scrawny legs. He frantically checked around him as he yanked them back up to make sure that no one saw, but I saw. And when he saw that I saw, and when he saw that I was giggling to the point of tears, he broke into a huge grin and he laughed too. And then the light turned green.

About

Sometimes I write things on Nashvillest.com and other times I work a real job that involves lots of airports, hotels, spreadsheets and the occasional pantsuit. Avid roadtripper, lover of redbud trees and firm believer in taking the scenic route. These are a few of my favorite things.

Ask me anything.
