Here is a blurry picture of the Fit reaching a small milestone. It makes me a little sad that I’ve put 20,000 miles on it already since it feels like I just got it, but those 20,000 miles have taken me through some wonderful places. Mountains, waterfalls, caves, great lakes, great cities, new states, bonfires, weird festivals, faraway family and friends, and now some amazing concerts. The drive back today was even more relaxing than I thought it was going to be. By the end of all this craziness I figured I’d be tired and cranky or something, but I’m not. I’m just content and happy. Each of those shows will stay with me forever, and I’m not even going to pretend I’m too cool to gush. So thankful to share the planet with such a talented bunch of humans, and even more thankful for friends who come along for the ride. Back to real life, with a buzz in my ears.
