jónsi, Newport Music Hall (Columbus, OH). No one knows how to tarnish a great show quite like Columbus, Ohio. Hands down the worst crowd I’ve ever experienced, but jónsi still put on a great show. The sound was definitely better this time around and I’m glad I got to see the visual stuff from a different angle, but man. All the silent spaces were filled with yelling, and there was just constant movement and noise and drunk-fights everywhere. (More.) Oh, and I had Pad Thai-flavored ice cream today. It was awesome.
